Butter-Flour Cake Recipe

Milk: 100g
Butter: 30g

Cake flour: 15g

Eggs: 2

Sugar: 35g

1. Prepare the baking bowl. Grease the inner layer of the bowl with a thin layer of butter, then pour in the powdered sugar and shake the bowl to distribute the sugar evenly on the inner walls.

2. Place the milk, butter, and 5 grams of sugar into a pot. Heat over low heat to melt the butter.

3. Turn off the heat, add the cake flour, and stir until well combined.

4. Reheat over low heat until the mixture forms a paste, then remove from heat.

5. Allow the batter to cool slightly, then add the egg yolks.
6. Stir evenly.

7. Add the remaining 30 grams of sugar to the egg whites and whip until soft peaks form.

8. Preheat the oven. Fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture using a gentle folding motion until well combined.

9. Pour the batter into a baking dish, filling it to 90% full, and bake in the preheated oven.
