Salted Egg Yolk Pork Floss Cookie Recipe – No Whipping Required

Ingredients: Butter 60g, Powdered sugar 25g, Light cream 30g, Salted egg yolks 2, Seaweed pork floss 30g, Low-gluten flour 110g.



Directions: Soften the butter, add powdered sugar, and mix well. Gradually add light cream at hand temperature in three portions, stirring after each addition. Add crushed roasted salted egg yolks and mix. Add sifted low-gluten flour and pork floss, then mix until combined. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap, shape it into a triangle, and freeze until firm. Slice into uniform thickness pieces. Place in a preheated oven at 150°C and bake for 25 minutes. The finished product is crispy, fragrant, and very delicious.
