Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, then roll it up from the bottom to the top. Pinch the reserved edges tightly to seal. Cut evenly into 8 portions with a knife, place them in 9cm bread paper cups, and put them in the oven for fermentation. In my oven, the Changdi S1 Pro, it takes 50 minutes at 38°C (winter), while in summer, 40 minutes at 35°C is sufficient. Place a tray of warm water to increase humidity.
