Pour the boiled milk into the egg yolk mixture while stirring continuously. 7. Then heat the mixed egg yolk paste over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens, then turn off the heat. 8. Pour the egg yolk paste into the cheese mixture and whisk until well combined. 9. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside. 10. Place the egg whites in the freezer until slightly icy, then remove and add sugar in three batches, whipping the egg whites until soft peaks form. 11. Gently fold the egg whites into the cheese mixture in three batches until well combined. 12. Line a round cake mold with parchment paper, pour in the cheese batter, smooth the surface slightly, and bake in the oven.
